EVENT REGISTRATION MANAGEMENT / DUBAI

One guest journey.
Every step considered.

A5M4 creates event registration journeys: branded landing pages, invitations, RSVP forms, QR attendance workflows and reporting. Based in Dubai, we connect the online experience with the people welcoming guests onsite.

01 / EVENT REGISTRATIONFROM THE FIRST INVITATION TO THE FINAL HANDOVER.
01

From invitation to arrival.

A launch, forum or corporate gathering starts before anyone reaches the venue. The event page needs to explain the occasion, the form needs to ask the right questions, and the confirmation needs to help a guest know what happens next.

We scope those touchpoints together, so guest details can support the agreed attendance workflow and reporting handover.

02

What can be included?

  • Branded event landing pages: a clear event story, practical information and a focused registration action.
  • Invitation and RSVP flows: response states, confirmations and agreed communication journeys.
  • Registration forms: relevant fields, attendee categories, validation and consent wording supplied or approved for the event.
  • QR attendance: a scoped check-in workflow, with guest lookup and attendance recording.
  • Data and reporting: agreed registration and attendance fields, export formats and a defined handover.
03

Start with the brief, not the form.

Tell us the event date, venue, expected guest volume, invitation method, attendee categories and any approval requirements. We also need to understand which systems already exist, who can access guest records and what the team needs after the event.

Delivery channels, sender accounts, integrations and third-party charges are confirmed separately. Ticketing, payment collection, badge printing and offline synchronization are not assumed features; each needs a confirmed, tested scope.

04

Registration and check-in: what is the difference?

Registration creates a guest record before an event. Check-in records attendance when a guest arrives. Planning them together helps align the fields collected online with the information the onsite team actually needs.

05

Can you support a single part of the journey?

Yes. A brief can cover a registration page and form, a QR attendance workflow, or a connected scope with onsite technical support and hardware. We confirm responsibilities and handover points before delivery.

Let’s map your guest journey.

Use the event registration planning checklist, then share the essentials of your project.
