A good check-in plan depends on more than a screen. The team needs the right devices, working access, a considered layout and clear responsibilities for technical issues. We define those details against the event brief.
What can be included?
- Hardware planning: identify the device types and quantities the agreed workflow requires.
- Supply and coordination: confirm sourcing or rental arrangements, availability, delivery and return responsibilities.
- Setup and testing: prepare the agreed devices and test the registration and attendance journeys.
- Onsite technical support: support the agreed systems for the contracted hours and event days.
- Handover: complete the agreed data export, device return and technical close-out.
What do you need from the venue?
During scoping, we review connectivity, power, device placement, access arrangements and setup timings. Any network equipment, backup connection or contingency workflow must be specified and tested; resilience is not assumed from a venue Wi-Fi connection.
Do you own or supply every type of event hardware?
Hardware is confirmed per project. Models, quantities, rental or supply terms and support arrangements are listed in the proposal. We do not claim an unlimited inventory. Specialist kiosks, printers, access systems and other equipment require a feasibility and availability check.
Is this full event management?
This offer focuses on the technical delivery scope. Venue booking, creative production, staging, catering, security and general event staffing are not included unless explicitly agreed with suitable delivery partners.
